Sure hope they got your TVs up and running for good, Susan. Are they going to compensate you for the inconvenience and aggravation?
It may have been late here, but the trees are turning beautiful colors. It was worth waiting for. Not looking forward to the oak trees loosing their leaves but that is the way it is every fall. Blah...fall cleanup.
Good luck avoiding temptation and have a good weekend.
Ahhh...your post reminded me of the days of 2 day wrestling tournaments with both boys. I actually enjoyed it..but I am weird anyway. I also miss going to kids activities. Would you think that would actually happen? Well...it does especially if it is your only social outlet too.
Oh you have to pack snacks...the food is usually so nasty at those things.
Hi, Karla....I am very impressed that you home school your children. I don't think I would ever have enough patience for that! No wonder you ran out of time to work out. But, we all know how important for our well being that is. Hope you can get back on track soon.
So, you have crazy dreams too. It seems to be a common thread along with sleep disturbances. Maybe we should have a daily dream post! These dreams are very vivid and I know for a fact I do dream in color.
Rhonda...have you thought of taking melatonin to establish a sleep pattern? It is all natural and I know even Dr Andrew Weil recommends it. I am trying it and I do sleep better with taking it. It also helps if you have tinnitus. Dh is trying it for that. Wouldn't it be great if we could sleep like our DHs? It isn't fair...a bomb could go off and they wouldn't hear it.
Sorry your Dad is more confused now with the room change. I don't know to say. I pray he finds peace.
Dh went to pt before having back surgery and it does help a lot with recuperation. Sounds like a really good doctor.
I wish I could zoom in on Christmas....it just isn't happening.
Thanks, Grace. I took melatonin before and I don't remember why I didn't like it. I can't remember if it was the melatonin or valerian that gave me really weird and scary dreams. I'm taking something now with magnesium, hops, chamomile, lavender, St. John's Wort, passion flower, valerian root, malic acid, and 5HTP. Upped the dosage last night, but didn't notice any difference.
I got the malic acid blend because it's supposed to be good for fibromyalgia and to help with energy, I guess through better sleep. It's just not working.
I'm very concerned about Dad and Mom. Moving Dad now was one of the worst things they could have done as far as setting him back. Everything there is strange to him except he should have the same physical therapist, and he does think the world of him. That is a blessing.

Welcome to the weird dream club Nancy! Isn't it crazy? You know it was my first symptom for all my pregnancies too. So it has to be a hormonal thing.
Enjoy your evening tonight. Your social life is one to be envied and you live out "on the farm". I am jealous!!
Have a good one...
