our e-friends here. It is conversation!

Conversation is a meeting of minds with different memories and habits. When minds meet, they don't just exchange facts: they transform them, reshape them, draw different implications from them, engage in new trains of thought. Conversation doesn't just reshuffle the cards: it creates new cards. --Theodore Zeldin

I definitely agree, as you can probably tell from my posts. It's a conversation with friends. There's so much more to our communicaton than just the topic of fitness. We have bonded to the point that we can talk about anything and everything.

I guess that's one reason why I'd love to have another FOF trip. Anyone who's been on one knows what great fun they are. And, for those who haven't been, you don't know what you're missing. We haven't been able to get an official trip organized anywhere else, so that would do. It's been like 18 months already since the last trip.

For the newer members, our first trip was to Asheville, NC. The last one was to Washington, DC. I will never forget either. The great thing was even though most of us had

I can't wait for the next FOF trip. Williamsburg sounds good to me but I am game to go anywhre. I have never been west of Charlotte, NC. It would be great to have face to face conversations and who can resist a grown up slumber party? Supposedly grown up women acting like a bunch of teenagers! IT would

I think that is so true! So often a post will make me see something in a different way or open up a new thought.
