lovely ladies....

I have been checking in on the December roll call posts and I love reading about your traditions and your way to get healthier physically. Keep it up everyone!

Patty....Sorry about your headache and having to repair your repair. But, you are very inventive to fix it at all. I wouldn't know where to start and a sense of humor sure does help. I can't understand the man mindset either and I don't get how I am supposed to be grateful when they do things and get is 1/2 right if that much. It really is easier to do it ourselves and then I think, that is the whole idea. They do it wrong so they don't have to do it again! LOL...I like the freezer as a way to prove a point. Glad you enjoyed Friday night and I watch the Food Network when there is nothing else on TV and a lot on Saturday. There were some nice Christmas desserts that I saw.

Rhonda....I am so sorry about your Dad...how awful that the nursing home let things get so bad with him having another infection and the staff not helping him to eat. Could you imagine what would happen if this wasn't a "good" nursing home that you all researched?

Karen....loved the two sets of photos..the ones you sent and the ones you posted. The landscape photos are magnificent. After spending yesterday in the real concrete jungle, NYC, it was refreshing to see. The wrestling pictures reminded me again of my sons and it brought back memories like it happened just yesterday.

Terry...nice to see your posts again and good for you for getting out to walk in the snowy wintry weather. WTG with the walking workout....I am still watching you!!!

Susan....how nice to have the house decorated for the holidays. What a good DD to give you a hand with something that is important to both of you. Glad the snow didn't amount to much but it sure was slippery at the train station last night since nothing was cleared there. The wind is really ripping around now. Hope you don't have the snoring symphony going on tonight. I couldn't believe the snoring that was going on here at 4am yesterday when I was getting ready to leave for the LIRR. Sheesh!

Deb...I can't believe that you could even get tickets to see Spamalot much less the price! Good for you and glad you had such a great time. We have to do it sometime...I am such a scaredy cat to go alone.

Nancy...definitely we will all make December a great month for health and fitness. Fitness is down and I just have to get the eating on track and there will be no regrets this holiday season. Looks like we have the same problem. Oh and thanks for sending the link to the website. I am checking that out too.

Erin...it sounds like you had a really nice weekend and got a lot accomplished as well as relaxing and enjoying family a bit. I am sure you will make history of that bloat.

I think that is it for now....I will try to be back later but I do have to empty that dishwasher, plan dinner and finish up the laundry.

Hugs

Grace

What a totally insane day!!I came to work found a mouse in my mouse trap..fielded 27 repair calls and dispatched phone was ringing off the hook for 8 hours straight losing my voice (Or is that from screaming Van halen songs Saturday?? teehee)

4PM heard some rustling in my papers and another mouse has entered the building!
