Would you care to share where you purchased your sofa and ottoman?

Party ... party ... party ... another day off?!

I am going to apologize ahead of time to all that I am too wiped out to post today. I did read the posts so far as well as Monday's check in, but my brain is totally fried.
I have sticker shock!! I went to get new glasses and contacts today at Lenscrafters. I had an $80 off coupon so I thought it would be a good place to try. Well...no prices were listed and I had no idea what an eye exam would cost. Anyway, I ended up spending $1000! I am sick over it and I feel I got suckered in. The eye exam alone was over $350, contacts were $350 for the year and since they only have designer frames and I have an expensive Rx, my glasses were $379. That is with the coupon too! I am trying to rationalize it all, but it isn't working. LESSON LEARNED...do not go to Lenscrafters ever again...they are way over priced. I will be picking up my glasses later today.
SUSAN...hope you are not getting bronchitis...what a terrible time of year to get it.
PATTY...enjoy your day and great job with the exercise yesterday. Keep up the good fight...you will get into those jeans.
NANCY...thank goodness you didn't have an accident. How inconsiderate people are...be very careful. Hope you get a better night of sleep tonight.
DONNA...that is great about the check waiting for you already for the car repairs. Every insurance company should work that fast.
I am off to get myself together and try to keep warm. The wind is sucking the heat right out of the house and I have to go out and teach later. I am going to pick up my glasses before if I get out of here in enough time.
Have a good one all
