Good evening, all! I've been trying all day to leave behind the thought that today is the 2 year anniversary of my heart attack and it just keeps nagging at me. I took a 9:30 step/kick boxing class today to prove I am ok. Still...stress gave me tightness in my chest and it made me more concerned. I will be so happy when this anniversary is over!
What a thought provoking and powerful post again today Patty! I would like to add "I AM" to the positive thoughts we should be saying to ourselves to make changes. Every time we do something positive we should "shout" that we are doing it!
