Be Thankful
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary
Because it means you've made a difference.
It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
and they can become your blessings.

Good Morning,
Another morning post worth printing off and keeping as a handy reminder.
You Were Born An Original... Don't Die A Copy
Good Morning,
Another beautiful post to start the morning and another one that I'm going to print out.
It's a bit chilly out there this morning. Still not as cold as some of you ladies have and are experiencing but 13 is cold! But not to worry it will be 54 by Monday! DD just called from MA on her way to work and it's 7 there. She's very glad she got heated seats in her new car!
I'm hoping that the office temperature doesn't equal the outside temperature today. Sitting around an office with 2 sweaters on trying to stay warm is a bit ridiculous!
I do wish whatever is ailing me would pack its bag and move on out of here. I picked up the antibotic and we'll see what happens.
I hadn't set my alarm this morning but I woke up around 5 and decided on a 30 minute WATP video. I want to keep myself moving or I'll be back in that pre holiday non fitness slump.
Patty-sorry to read about your worries for your sisters. Hope that both of their situations are resolved.
Nancy-good news about your Mom. Keeping her in my thoughts and prayers for her upcoming surgery. Hope you're feeling better.
Kathy-I'm so sorry that your Dad has had to face more surgery. Keeping him and all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
Thankful that my flat tire was right outside the house and that DS was nearby to take care of it for me. Thankful for DD's engagement and the very welcome addition he will make to our family. Thankful for the internet that keeps me connected with all of you. Thankful for a warm home and remote starts for cars!
Better get a move. There's laundry that is begging to get out of the laundry basket and return to its home!
Hope everyone has a great day!
Susan
Good thursday morning everyone.

Good morning, everyone!
Eating more oatmeal as I type, answer my phone and e-mails, and aim my virtual extinguisher at all the little fires that are beginning to pop up.

I'm thankful that in this frigid weather (it went from -2 to 2 by the time we left for work), I have the necessary clothing and accessories that allow me to walk to work.

One thing I need to learn is to let things go - there are a few things at work that are really bothering me, but they are out of my control, so I need to let them go.

Good morning everyone! I have

Good Morning Ladies,
Patty, thank you for the poem, beautiful! Funny, I was already planning to post today about working on having an attitude of gratitude.
This morning as I got up
I'm working on this and was curious as to how you did it.Something specific or just continually working at it?
I had help :).
