Grrrrrrrr …. I don’t even know where to begin …. Grrrrrr ….. and I know none of this will make sense … I am so sick and tired of every little thing relating to DH.

Gee whiz I thought it was warm here today but I now know that was all that hot air coming from your husbands mouth and the steam coming out of your ears................Karen I so feel for you! Like Susan said boys are stupid. I will be glad to send the shovel, would you prefer UPS delivery or Fed Ex? Of coarse him being angry at your son is so unfair and so imature but it is men we are discussing. I think my comments to him would have been well had I remained home on Friday instead of going "with you" to the office I would have managed to clean up more and then next time son has to be at the school at 4:30 AM you take him so I can organize the house a little before leaving to cheer him on..........win or loose but thats just me.

For the record you made me laugh when you said you need to learn to be more vocal. See I am the oposite. Years ago when we would argue and fight I would not let it go...........yap, yap, yap! Just like the Charlie Brown shows when they would make the sound of an adult talking, I think that is what he used to hear. He finally would walk away or turn over and I would mull it over for hours, not sleeping, tossing and turning. Then I had a light bulb moment, wish I could remember how long into our marraige it hit me. Unfortunaly I know it was years...........well I realize I do much better by not raising my voice, simply stating how I feel and then shutting down. No arguing, no talking, no eye contact. Hey, I am good I can go days now, baby! It drives him up a wall, I mean completely crazy. Especially if it carries over into the next day. Today was a perfect example. Hang in there and please know I am going to pass the shovel with hugs tied to it. Good luck and keep us posted!

The bobcat and shovels are headed your way and if you'd like some assistance...well help is on the way! Unfortunatly, I'm like you without vocal chords mostly because whatever I say gets twisted into something else. Maybe we should take vocal lessons together.

Big hugs coming from me to you!

It is really too bad that your DH puts that much pressure on your DS.

Both of our trees are still fully decorated, nutcrackers in a corner waiting to be put away, and the big Christmas fireplace screen is still out too. My motto: "There's always next week!"
