It was a busy day in beehive of the the legal eagles today. All of us worker bees buzzing around getting everything taken care of. Looks like the boss is getting what the associate had and we'll just he's a man and doesn't do sick very well. He also had something go wrong and had me gather the associates in his office with some kind of issue. We'll just say we all stayed away! I've determined one thing about work-the hours as well as weeks are way too long! Too much work and not enough leisure.
With all the activity of the paying and non paying world I'm very tired this evening. I escorted Otto on his evening walk and he was being the pokey puppy this evening. Certainly didn't do much for giving me a second wind for the day.
It's a bit scary upstairs. DH is watching the Rangers hockey game and we'll just say it gets very vocal. DS is upstairs in his room watching the same game and can be just as loud. It has happened on occasion where he gets so loud that DD can't stand it and tells him so but that only brings him downstairs and then I have the two of them together yelling at the TV and it's so loud!
So it may be an evening with the door shut and volume on the TV turned up high to drown out the shouting from the next room. All I know is that it's time for jammies and probably should go finish cleaning up the kitchen before it gets any later.
Hope you've all had a good day.
Susan

Sorry I never got back yesterday afternoon/evening. Got several chores done around the house, relaxed with Katie, watched some silly movie late in the afternoon. That shaky feeling went away once I ate my lunch. I am sure it was lack of protein, like many of you suggested. I did have a head ache and I had taken an Excederin earlier.

It was a pretty laid back day here for me.

I'm here alone, so this is a good time to do my post. Tim asked if I minded if he worked till midnight to get some documents done that need to be to an investor by this weekend, and I said fine since he was in the right frame of mind to make progress. Rob went to dinner with his best friend who got back from Camp Pendleton today and with his girl friend and her family for her belated birthday dinner. I made a pot of chili for tomorrow and had a PBJ on double fiber whole wheat and a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and almonds. I was in the mood for stuff like that.
