Patty your ride home sounded serious. I am glad you made it home safe and sound and I am surprised that you got that much snow in Virginia. I guess I think much warmer then here but your not. I was glad that you feel comfortable about your sisters doctor but I understand her concerns and her fears. Please know she is in my thoughts and prayers and if you need anything please let me know. Hugs your way!
Deb just one word................sorry. Sounds like Aunt Flo is really heading your way. I hope you have a quiet evening and you do not do anything you will regret later, like egging someones house.
Well I feel like that pile of dog poop that Deb mentioned...............I feel like crap! Never did head to the gym. I was busy at work and sneezing and blowing my nose. Took some Tylonal Cold around 10:30 but it did not seem to help. Got through the day until 3:00 when it seems to really hit. I got a bad stomach ache, really gassy, head started to throb, my nose became stuffier...time to go home. Got home, put my warm sweat pants on, ran to the grocery store for a box of tissues and a bottle of Ginger Ale then came back home and got under my blankets. I turned
I was exhausted and went to bed at 4:44 in the afternoon after barely being able to stay awake during the visit to the nursing home and drive home. I'd had a sinus headache and taken some med for it, and I think it was knocking me out. Got up a while ago to grab a PBJ, since I'd had no dinner, and decided to check emails.
Patty, you had quite the harrowing trip home today. Really glad you all made it safely. I can understand the anxiety about your sister's tumor. I had a benign tumor removed from my left breast decades ago and remember the trepidation I had about that. Thankfully, I've had no problems since (knock on wood!). I had a wonderful surgeon I trusted, and he did a great job. I hope that will be the case for your sister. Best of luck to both of them with their jobs.
