We're pretty much over the hump now and almost ready to be thankful it's Thursday. How did this day turn out?

My post got cut off, and it won't let me cut and paste that part, so I'm retyping it.
I had another slow start today, but went to the nursing home and saw Mom and Dad. We spent some time with him in PT, then I came back to the room so I could eat my Arby's Martha's Vineyard salad. Rob called while I was there and told me his date to leave for boot camp in Cape May, NJ,

I'm really in the mood for pancakes myself now!!
I had to drive over a really high bridge last night that usually doesn't bother me too much, but for some reason it did last night. I had to think myself through a mini panic attack. Bridges used to be a big problem for me. You can't tell a lot from this picture, but it's quite high with many high ramps snaking over and under each other. The way the bridge is constructed looks as though there's no sides at certain parts of it.

Good exercise, productive day, good food until I got home to discover a near-empty fridge.

I'm so glad you went to that show Rhonda.

Are you OK if someone else drives? I've always been fine when others are driving, but for quite a while it really bothered me to drive over a large bridge. Because Jacksonville is built around the wide St. John's River, we have SEVEN major bridges to get from one side to the other. There are countless small ones since Florida is basically Swiss cheese with lakes and creeks everywhere. The longest bridge is the one near me. That was my biggest nemesis, even though it isn't very high. It is 3.1 miles long. Since they expanded it to 4 lanes on each side with emergency lanes on the right and left, it feels almost like a regular road and it doesn't bother me. Good thing, since I have to cross it twice when I go see Dad. I used to drive many miles out of the way to keep from having to drive over it.
The bridge I really hate is the Potomac River Bridge that takes you from VA to MD on Hwy. 301. It's very high, narrow, and steep.
