We're pretty much over the hump now and almost ready to be thankful it's Thursday. How did this day turn out?

One of the things that makes it scary is the narrowness and the low sides. You really feel as though there's nothing between you and going over the side, which is one of my biggest fears -- going underwater in a car.

It's surprising how many people of all ages do have trouble driving bridges. I was older than you were

Going under water in a car is also one of my biggest fears. Living on the water we drive down to the beach and docks all the time and Bill teases me sometimes by going really close. Just loves to bust chops...............but two weeks ago these old women were down by a dock a few towns away and they made a mistake and put the car in forward instead of reverse and they went into the bay.........they both died. Now people jumped immediatly but they could not get them out. I worry about electric windows because we know once the car hit the water the electical system would stop working...........ok enough of this talk, lol.

Debbie, the Throgs Neck bridge scared the daylights out of me the first time we had to drive over it!
