I thought I'd start the day's end thread while I'm still at work ..... Have your plans worked out as you'd hoped, or did you head down a totally different road?
Sorry to hear you're still at work. Is Peter working late too? Hope it's not snowing or icy there now. I posted so late that I basically already did my check-in. The day was pretty much as I expected.
Can't remember if I posted yesterday (I know I responded to your email about it, Donna.), but my daughter, Erin, has a new job!! The one she thought she wanted turned out to be for a more jr. person, so she went ahead and accepted a job with an agency. It's a cut in pay, but the hours should be more normal to help balance work time and family time, and they have excellent maternity benefits, which is very important to them for when they get ready to expand their family. I'm very relieved for them. She will start Feb. 1st and has to fly to Atlanta for the day prior to that to go over some things with people there.
Nature's Own makes a Double Fiber bread that 2 slices count as only 1 point on WW. Those muffins made with Kashi Good Friends cereal were a lifesaver for me when I was doing WW. I had to add a T of cinnamon and usually a little fruit to make them more appealing. It's important to beat the batter well to make them lighter than a brick too.
Great job on doing 2 classes back-to-back. I need to be doing things like that too. I'd love to know the recipe for your breakfast egg casserole, if you have time.
Isn't it sad how all the woods are being cut down everywhere? I saw a beautiful little red fox on the side of the road the other day. It had been hit by a car. There's no where for all the wildlife to go. Saw another animal today that looked as though it could have been some kind of small FL panther. Sure hope not.
I'm eager to hear how your hair appt. goes. Glad those leaks were found and fixed. Not only are they expensive, but potentially dangerous. I'm looking forward to saying how hot it is here too, but I do look forward to our version of "spring".

Yes, I'm still at work, although I've just about wrapped up - waiting for the printer to finish, and hoping it doesn't start smoking before it's done.

Maybe we'll skip the dinner and have pancakes this weekend since we will be out running errands early in the morning!
