Good Morning,

All kinds of visions running through my head this morning :) including but not limited to houseboys cleaning bathrooms (could use one of those)while eating donuts, smelling turkey and the fixings and contemplating wall colors! DS had an idea for black walls in his room at one time...I was very glad the thought didn't last too long.

Pretty blue skies this morning but rain headed our way for later in the day and overnight. Temperatures back to springlike. This has been such a very strange winter...shouldn't speak too loudly still have February and March ahead.

Headed to the basement a few minutes after the alarm went off and had a good treadmill, weight and stretching workout. Definitely feeling yesterday's workout.

Work was busy yesterday. The end of the month is coming which means billing time. I'm way behind in what I do to get the bills ready so it's been a lot of staring at the computer which really makes me tired and bleary eyed by the end of the day. I came in after walking the dog last night and attempted to read and found myself falling asleep, same thing with the TV and it wasn't even 8:15. Some days it just seems like work before work, work and work after work with not much left over for anything else. My boss went home early not feeling well, my coworker came back after not coming in on Friday. She still sounds awful but says she feels better and the other boss is back after being out for a full week. I think those germs are still flying around in there.

Not sure whether Otto and I will get out after dinner depending on when and if the rain heads our way. Otto was in a bit of trouble when I got home yesterday. Another garbage invasion but all that was in the garbage was a torn envelope. He got the bag out of the pail and ripped it to shreds. Seems like a lot of work for nothing worthwhile to eat. I think he's regressing to puppyhood!

Rhonda-how did you sleep? Curious to hear whether the medication helped. Glad to hear that your doctor's appointment went well and that you were able to get an appointment with the dermatologist. Hope all goes well with that.

Hope everyone is feeling well this morning and ready to have a terrific Tuesday!

I seem to have slept better, but I'm not sure. At least I'm not feeling nearly as tired this morning. I did wake up a few times, but I think I also dreamed I was waking up when I wasn't -- that's how much anxiety I have about it. I don't recall throwing off covers and covering up multiple times as I usually do, so that's a good thing. It took almost 2 hours for the pill to hit. Glad I took it relatively early. I was a little wobbly before I was sleepy.

I got up when Tim did and made sure he went to vote. He always wants to put it off, but he wouldn't be back before 7:00, so I had to put my foot down. I was pleasantly surprised at what a heavy turn-out there was in our area, considering that the Dems don't get any votes for moving up the primary date. I was also surprised that the only campaign signs out were for Ron Paul. He doesn't have a snowball's chance in Hades, but he has a very admirable grass roots effort here. Nobody seems to know who will win. It's a pretty tight race for the top 2 spots, but I think Rudy may surprise some people with all the early votes that went in. Should be interesting, if nothing else.

I'll be going to the nursing home today. It's sunny and chilly out now, but may reach the low 70's. I'd like to be outside again, but it's probably good to rest. My lower left back was sore last night. Zumba is tonight too, so that will give me a workout.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

HI, Patty and all! Thanks for holding down the fort here! I had a wonderful time in Boston! It is still so good to be home...I was only home two days between trips so it will take me a day or two to get settled again.

Sounds like you have a lot of work ahead of you with the end of the month. Actually it sounds like you do a lot of work all the time. Hope you can get a break at one of your jobs and you don't catch any of the germs going around the office.

Great job with your workouts. I don't know how you do it with all you have to do every day. I can barely keep my eyes open after 8 pm myself.

Hope you have a nice evening and Otto doesn't get into the garbage again.

Hope you don't catch the office bug. However, this bug seems to be all over since I don't work in an office and I got it. Good luck and have a good day/evening.

Good luck with reaching your goal Erin. Do you have a special eating plan to lose 20 lbs in that time? I wish my metabolism worked that well. Last night's dinner is an interesting combination. I like all 3 foods listed.

Let me know how the Emu oil works. I will have to look it up and see what the deal is.
