HI, Rhonda...I am very interested to see what the primary results will be in Fl. It really is a toss up who will win.

Glad you got to sleep a little better last night whether you did or thought you did...LOL! I missed the post but what are you trying? You are feeling more rested and that is a good thing.

Have fun at Zumba.

What an adorable picture and of course, what an adorable puppy. He must be a hoot!

I always wish I could find someone special to give the gently used clothes and stuff to when we are done with them. For now I give to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters and American Vietnam Vets. They pick up and they take everything!

I guess you are getting geared up for the superbowl game, Donna. Glad to hear you are doing better with your back and hip and you are back into the exercise routine. Seems to me you do have the eating under control... a little slip up is fine and you already

well Grace..If I follow the atkins plan to a T I should be able to lose that weight and WORKOUT 5 days a week 40 Minutes, and drink My water! That is alot of weeks to be 100% OP or at least 90%..the last 2 times I was down to 180 I got Pneumonia both times..could be coincidence or could be my body telling me somethingI havent been back to 190 for prolly a year.Stress also seems to put my body in freeze mode also. This time of year is easiest for me to stay OP. From July-sept there is a festival every weekend here and THAT is what I do...go to concerts and festivals. My ultimate goal originally was 173 pounds..may never get there But i Know if I can get down to 183-185 My body looks pretty darn good and in shape

Best of luck with your weight loss program! I'd love to lose 20 lbs. This time of year is hardest for me to lose, because I don't do well in the winter in general and I like to bake to warm the house and to eat comfort foods that are always fattening. I'm not as active either.

I've used an emu product before and it helped some too. I think it was called Blue Emu or something like that and I believe there's another one called Australian Miracle Cream (not cheap). Let us know how you like it.

Looks like you have it all planned out with diet and exercise. It should be doable! I realized I read your post wrong. My brain told me I read that you wanted to lose 20 lbs in 23 days and not weeks. I hate when that happens. I could have sworn I read it more than once too.

Good luck and I am cheering you on. Try to stay healthy this time!

We went to VOX (Zagat rated) for the brunch and then to the Ritz-Carleton for tea. The Japanese/Sushi place was probably as ordinary as the other 50 or so in Boston. I don't remember the name of that place at all. The people I was with are vegetarians but they eat fish and eggs.

Not into super bowl at all...but I am never really into sports. I did notice on the TV without the cable box the only Fox News station was a sports one and well...there certainly was a lot of stuff on TV about the Patriots. There was a tiny mention of the Giants...LOL!

If any of this post made sense, I would be surprised...
