Oh goodie...someone else wearing RED today! Thank you! The rain is just coming down in buckets. I was soaking wet just running from the gym to the car. One good thing, it prevented me from going shopping and spending money on something I really did not need.

It is definitely a lounge wear day/evening today. Sorry you woke up so early on a day you did not plan to workout. How is the Actinol working out for you?

Have a great weekend..

How annoying when someone loses that much weight when they don't even need to lose it. Ugh! Good for you for staying on program with dinner and trying the spin class. I can't even tell you how badly my bottom hurts when I do take spin classes...1 hours ones which really isn't a whole hour by the time we get started. I even bought a gel seat cover to bring in with me and I still hurt. I don't take it often enough to get past that.

Keep plugging away with the WW. Any lose it a good one...so much better than the scale going up. Remember, your muscles are holding water. WTG with the 6 th day of exercise.

Wonderful plan Judy! Good for you for taking care of you and making appointments with yourself to go to the gym at lunch time. Sometimes it is just not worth overworking on the job...because then they expect it all the time. Take cues from the other workers. I like your health and wellness section in your kitchen. What great ideas you have to get OP.

Good luck with it all...

Lots going on Erin! I completely forgot you were having trouble with your knee, but DSinL said he has had good results with the glucosime and fish oil (just up it a little). Flaxseed oil capsules can help too if you can't do the fish oil ones.

TWO feet of snow? Oh, my! That is definitely not for me. Sorry DH is sick. Hope it doesn't go through the family. Nice job with the exercise! Good luck with PT too...

Good afternoon everyone! I didn't make home from the gym until after 12 noon and because I stayed for the yoga class after the step/weight interval class I taught. I was totally wiped out...the room is at a constant 68 degrees and it is too hot for cardio work. It was fine for yoga so that tells you something.

Yoga is my foundation for the month of February. I made myself stay and ended up enjoying it even after teaching my class and feeling so tired. I get very stressed before teaching that Friday class. Some of the people in that class are real b*tches and they complain about everything...the temp in the room, the type music I use, a new combo...ugh...it really can grate on your nerves. Yoga was a good thing to help destress after wards. Unfortunately, I did it again...I over ate when I got home. I don't know what is up with that but if I was not postmenopausal, I would say that I was PMSing.

I stepped way out of my comfort zone yesterday. I subbed an aqua class for the instructor who helped me out when I was sick and away. There was no one else to do it and she was really sick. She talked to me on the phone for 20 minutes to tell me how to do the class since I never taught one before. I think I did ok and I did not get in the water. Hey...I am not that brave. There was no way I was getting in a bathing suit!

PATTY! Good luck with your new resolve in February! Your watching what you eat and getting the exercise in will work. Deprivation doesn't work and neither does "dieting". Here for you girlfriend!

RHONDA! So glad the Zumba master class was so good! What a great oppurtunity to be able to take it. I think the 15 mile ride is worth it and it is something you do for YOU! Seems like things are really going so much better with your Dad. How nice that he misses you and appreciates you being there. I am sure he will be more comfortable in a private room too.

Back to see who I missed...

Hugs

Grace, that would really be annoying and the ladies complaining about the temperature, music selection etc. I think I would be tempted to say something sarcastic like"Im glad the exercise has put you all in such a positive mood!"

I've got my ankle wrapped up in the ankle supports I wear when I'm dancing and walking.
