HI!thanks for the compliment.water exercise and atkins.When I first started I was pretty religious about 100 Ozers a day of water. I walked the first 6 months and then started running. I had heard about runners always getting injured and i thought i was invincible of course. I think alot of my injuries have to do with carrying around the extra weight so long.I was running 5 days a week and I live in the hills and Im sure that didnt help the situation at all!
