I can so fully understand your feelings. Went through similar issues not so many years ago and I actually did go out and get a pregnancy test. Part of it I guess was because I was one of those 40's "mistakes" and ended up thinking like mother like daughter! But never ended up with more than 3 kids...just a nasty case of hormoneitis-you're right Hormones stink!
No cheesecake for me although I'm sure if there was one around...and no, no pregnancy test. I have thankfully passed through that stage.
Is it really only Tuesday? I think Lori asked that same question. It just seems like it should be later in the week. Work was work...not much to say about that. Lots of things to do just not terribly inspired to do any of it. We each gave in a dollar to play Mega Millions. Maybe I'll be calling in retired tomorrow! One can hope!
Although it was kind of wet outside it wasn't raining and Otto and I headed out for our after dinner walk. Temperatures are really very un-February like and it was a very pleasant mind clearing walk.
I have a load of laundry to throw in the dryer and then I'm headed upstairs with my book and will probably turn on the TV for awhile and then off to bed to hopefully hear the alarm in the AM.
Hope everyone has a good evening and a good night's rest!
No cheesecake and no pg test. I am way past all of that too. When I was going through peri menopause, I did miss my period a lot. Once for 9 months and then again for almost a year and had to start counting all over again. Funny how the 9 months happened! Chest was very sore and grew!! I am bursting out of my 34 Ds and I refuse to buy new bras. Maybe I should because then for sure I would lose weight and maybe lose in the boob department.
Got to use my new dryer today. I used the moisture sensing setting and have to fine tune that a little. I think I have to give it a little more than the energy saving suggested setting. Technology...not for me! On and off would have been fine for me.
Taught my classes...barely. I dragged myself out of the gym afterwards and went to vote. I am already in my pjs watching Oprah because Dr Oz is on. I will clean up the kitchen and then go up to my special place and watch TV and crochet. Tomorrow is DD's baby shower at the school she teaches at.
Remember when I said that I was pretty sure I'd go crazy if I was off
