Good morning everyone. I just read a good diet tip and wanted to share; If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.Who knew!

Lately I've been reading lots of articles on how to exercise to lose weight. Some

Good morning, just got back from the gym, horay for me, lol. Tossed lots last night, very restless. I do not like those kinds of nights so a 30 minute cat nap around 3:00 might be in order. Aunt Flo showed up this morning about 5 days earlier then I expected, at least I know she won't be around for my trip to Florida. I did a batch of laundry this morning and made my bed, had my morning tea and a banana then headed off to the gym. Did our 1 1/2 plus one extra lap. Tried to slip that in and Aunt Linda noticed, lol. She told me she was not counting.........she said her feet felt it. Oh well I got her to go around one more time, better then nothing. I should have gone around a few more times without her and had her rest but I can feel cramps in my stomach acting up. I am going to have some oatmeal then hit the shower. Run to the grocery store because I used the last of my detergent earlier then Katie and I are going to head out to the east end of LI for a visit and ride on Daniel. I need to go to CVS I need a few supplies, new toothbrush and I think some Pamprin. Bill should be home soon from his morning business stuff and he plans on working on Rob's room. We bought the moldings to finally finish his room up and

Good Morning,

Another gray day here and it looks like this one is going to stay gray and we're expecting some kind of mixed rain/snow thing at some point in the day.

I have to say that I get very confused reading fitness articles for the same reasons you said in your post. So I try to figure out what I think works the best for me.

I had an early run on the treadmill and did some lower body work. I do wish it had been a nicer looking morning outside. I could use a good dose of some Vitamin D from some sunshine.

Early morning run to Trader Joes. I wanted to pick up some things that I'm running low on and now I'm home but have one of my those headaches that feels like someone has something wrapped around my head and squeezing it tight. I took an extra strength Tylenol when I felt it coming on hoping that it helps before it turns into one of those that basically knocks me out of commission for the day.

It's been a late start to the household activities and know that I have Mt.Laundry to attend to and the usual assortment of Saturday activities. I've planned a potato crab soup for dinner. It's from Cooking Light and an experiment so hoping it will be good.

That's about it from this neck of the woods. Judy, hope you're feeling better. Donna enjoy the time with the kidlets. Congratulations to your niece! Li-Deb-sorry to hear about the issues with the trainer. How unfortunate that something that Katie loves so much has to be spoiled by someone's attitude being taken on the students. Not a very good learning technique.

I've finished my mid morning snack of apple w/peanut butter and really have no more excuses not to get things underway around here.

Hope everyone has a spectacular Saturday!
