It really is hard to go in there and not want to bring them all home with you. When we got Otto I had no intentions of coming home with a dog. We went to "look". DS wanted a beagle so I figured what were the odds of them having a beagle to adopt. Well there wasn't just one but two. I didn't want a puppy as I didn't want to deal with working and trying to housebreak a puppy. We needed a mellow dog since younger DD was a bit afraid of dogs. There was Otto, a year and a half, kind of curled up in his cage and just grabbed at my heart when I looked at his big brown eyes. Couldn't get any more mellow and he didn't jump, lick or bark so DD took to him as well. And well what can I say, came home with a dog named Otto!
You'll find your kittens and they'll be in a great home!
I probably would have wound up bringing Patches home and still looking for at least one kitty. I picked the child we sponsor in Haiti, because she was the oldest one on the table. The older ones
