I wound up going out with the dogs and pulling weeds around the pool. It was just too nice to stay inside. I was thinking that if we'd had the pool heater on, I could have gone in swimming! That would have felt really good. Went back out this evening and swept the pool deck of vaious kinds of

Your McFlurry (in your post) just made my stomach growl!

Well this cookie is fully baked and done............what a long day. Office work was busy, phones never stopped, pain the *ss clients that do not pay drove me crazy, people with scheduled appointments blew me off............and I did not get out until 4:00 because I waited and waited for a client but finally gave up and went home. Katie was home like I mentioned earlier and she did a few extra chores for me. Ran to Blockbuster for her to rent a new video for tonight, picked up some chips and soda (I know really healthy), came home and she got ready for her friend to come. I ordered a pizza for the girls and I actually never had lunch so I went for the gusto and had myself 2 slices for dinner. Man was that good! I forget the last time I ate pizza, it has been a while. Just plain cheese NY pizza. I watched the American Idol from the other night when they revealed the top 24, sat in front of the fireplace and enjoyed the pizza with Katie and her girlfriend Katie. Now it was time for this mommy to remove herself so the girls could have their time, lol. I made a pot of chili when I got home, I need to put it in the back frig and then I think I will head upstairs to watch some TV. Bill and the boys are still not home, working late. They are heading out really early for

I asked Christine who does the version of Rock Star we do the killer quad routine to, but she couldn't remember and said she'd have to look it up. She said she knows it's from the Bratz movie. My little great nieces are too far away for me to be very up on that stuff. We did some other new ones too. For some it was the first time they'd done the Spanish Walk Like an Egyptian, although we'd done it in Tuesday night's class too.

I have been ravenous all day and night from all the exercise recently. If only I could workout and not need (or crave) more food!

The kitty sounds really sweet and extremely lucky to have such a loving and generous owner to have it fixed after the unfortunate delicacy. Speaking of that, I was in PT with Dad the other day and an older woman in a wheelchair was given some Theraputty (like Silly Putty, but stronger) to work on getting some tiny pegs out to help her small motor skills/coordination. The therapist turned her back for a minute and the woman had a chunk of it in her mouth chewing it!!! I saw her take a red peg out and the therapist got a purple one out. It took several tries to get all the green gunk out. What a scare! You just never know what might happen around there.

Hope you have fun tonight.

J/Z- Deb -- This is NOT a Zumba video, but here's the "Rock Star" song by Primia J. We do squats through the length of each chorus, plus there's a jump to the squats and other bouncy steps that use your leg muscles a lot. Arrrgh! Is this on Tanya's instructor's video?

Have you done La Chinita in class?

I never remember any of the Spanish names. Christine has done a number of new ones, so I'll have to write those down and ask her if we've done them. Did you recognize the "Rock Star" one from the link I posted? Have you done that yet?
