Good morning everyone. Sorry to be absent, got hit hard by this bug going around and a migraine. Tried to work yesterday but had to stop and go back to bed. Thank goodness DH and DS were both

Good Morning,

Patty, I hope that you're feeling better today. Rhonda, sounded like a very scary ride home for you yesterday. Li-Deb-looks like you're kickin'some bu** at the gym! Loved the outfit! Hope the sonogram can help make a determination for your ongoing issues with Flo. Nancy-continued prayers for your Mom. She certainly does sound like a woman with spunk and determination.

After lots of rain yesterday and unusually warmer than normal temperatures sunshine has returned along with blue skies-just in time to head back to work. As if I'm not confused enough during the course of the week about what day it is I guess I'm really going to be confused this week.

Seemed like I was awake every hour on the hour last night. I did make it to the basement this morning for a workout. I truly do realize how important a workout is to me mentally and physically. The therapist was really glad that I do maintain a workout time for myself.

DS has a horrible case of laryngitis. He sounded terrible last night and by this morning he had no voice at all. I guess it's going to be a very quiet day for him at work today. DD is off from work this week for the winter break and she's headed to the dentist. She hasn't been in quite some time and she's a big bundle of nerves.

The weather should be good for a walk with Otto after dinner. Dinner will be simple heat up and serve pasta with meatballs.

Guess that's about it from my neck of the woods. Hope everyone that's been sick is feeling better. Thinking of you all and hoping you all have a terrific Tuesday!

Welcome back, Patty. Hope today is a much better day for you. Hope it's a better day for me too. I seem to feel better and am getting ready to go to the Y. I'm going to do a Flexx-It class that I missed yesterday and see how I feel after that. If I'm doing OK, then I'll stay for Zumba. Rob is supposed to go with me, so he can work out with weights and use the treadmill, but I'll believe it when I see it. We should leave in about 20 minutes and he's still sound asleep.

I'm still going to the nursing home today this week because Mom has a number of appts. I guess we'll start the new schedule next week.

I was sick to my stomach several times last night, but I don't think I have any kind of bug. I think it was tied to the headache. I was still able to get 5 loads of laundry done.

Have a good day everyone.

Hope you're feeling better today Rhonda. A friend of mine has those ocular migraines on occasion and they sound rather scary.
