Thanks hon but truely, I'm the kind of person, if I had to actually "go" somewhere to workout, I'd never work out.

I totally get you on the schedule thing, its really hard with everything else we juggle! I waaay understand the thing about those 'dance around' classes. I am a tall girl at 5"10 and a step class just isn't the place for me to be flinging my limbs around in. I could put an eye out! On top of being tall I am not quick on the uptake as far as new moves go - I tried one class, but I looked silly in there with all those teeny women jumping around, by the time I got my leg all the way up they were down again! I live close to my gym so its pretty easy to take classes. I really like the ones that don't make me dance. Stuff like Yoga, spin classes and weight training classes are so great. I have worked out at home a lot though and, like you said, its really great to get quiet within yourself and just concentrate on the move without someone barking about what's next.

I still feel bad for you though that your fam is eating all kinds of junk in front of you. Do you think it would work if you only bought them healthy stuff? Then if your hubby really wants his bad food he can go and get it himself. I'm not saying it will work, just wondering if your family might go for that. Though I'm sure they would whine, mine do!

Ginger, I know what you are saying. I too am 46 and it is so difficult. I weigh more now than when I delivered my children.
