Yes we had snow and it's cloudy, gray and dismal looking this morning. I had work related dreams last night that had me tossing and turning. I have no clue whether they were actually things I was supposed to do that were coming back to haunt me in my sleep but it was the same dream over and over again.
I have a feeling that I have a UTI. Some classic symptoms that appeared last night and are still with me this morning and I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do about this on a weekend. I think I'll have to call my friend who is a nurse and see what her suggestion is. Of course, this is the evening for the dinner for my boss. I have no idea what I'm going to do about this. I still have a bit of laryngitis. I probably should have stayed home from work yesterday but I felt OK in the morning but my afternoon I was rapidly going downhill.
Apparently somewhere between yesterday morning and coming home from work I dropped a set of car keys outside. Fortunately a neighbor down the street found them and saw DS coming into the house and asked if they belonged on someone in our house. They were an extra set of keys that had a tag with the make and model and year of my car and I feel fortunate that someone honest found them and not someone that could have picked them up, come back and stolen my car.
DD is headed to the oral surgeon for a consultation this morning about having her wisdom teeth extracted. She is not a happy camper. After that's done she'll be back to the dentist of a root canal.
DH got yet another letter in the mail from the union that medical benefits have once again not been paid by his employer. So another wait and see if they are paid before 3/1 to keep our health benefits remain. I don't know what's with this guy but he's really a PIA.
I'm usually up and down here exercising this morning but thinking that may not be such a good idea. I hope by next week everything will be back to "normal"-whatever that is these days! I had planned a trip to Costco this morning and a trip to the nail salon this afternoon for this evening's dinner out and some housework thrown into the middle. Guess I'll just have to wait and see how I feel.
Deb/MN-I've been trying to post to your kitchen pictures and for whatever reason it won't let be post to that. Anyway, love the photos. Everytime I see pictures of a kitchen I do tend to droll a bit since my kitchen is about the size of a small closet-and I'm really not exaggerating! I do love what you did and have to agree that it's very neat and tidy. I also loved the pictures of Trevor and Kayla.
Li/Deb-glad your MIL got home safe and sound and everything went well.
That's about it from me. Hope you all have a super Saturday.
I had trouble with I-Village yesterday so I have fallen behind again on posts... I hope everyone that was feeling under the weather is feeling better & those of you that were having bad weather are enjoying better weather.
Love the picture of flowers, Patty, and the reminder that spring is near. It was mostly cloudy yesterday, but it was 83, so I can't complain. The rains we've been getting are really bringing plants to life. I just pray we don't get a late hard freeze to wipe them out.
My sister and BIL are on their way down from MD today. There was the possibility of an ice storm up there, so I don't know what conditions were when they left. She did send an email that they were getting away later and wouldn't be here in time to visit Dad tonight. They'd like us to take him home tomorrow while we're trying to get some work started. He's been looking forward

Good morning Princess & everyone!
I had trouble with I-Village yesterday so I have fallen behind again on posts... I hope everyone that was feeling under the weather is feeling better & those of you that were having bad weather are enjoying better weather.

Hi everyone!
Karen
The redecorating is at my Mom and Dad's home of 45 years. I don't think she's going to budge.
It's a good thing we don't age as quickly as our grandkids do, isn't it? Sure wish there was some way to slow it down.

I haven 't said hi all week so I thought I better come here and say Happy Saturday to everyone.
Good Saturday afternoon! Feels like it has been ages since I have been here and I am sure tons of stuff happened with all of you.
Be like a postage stamp. Stick to it until you get there.
