Hello, everyone! Patty gave us a motivating start today and for the week. Hope you all had a better start than I did.
I stayed in bed a little later today and did not go to the gym. My back is getting tighter each day and I am not sure what to do about it. Keeping my fingers crossed my back doesn't "go out"...actually SI joint go out. I then got a hair cut and came home and dyed my hair. Girlfriend called asked me to keep her company while she ran errands. So, I did...I have an extra soft spot for her since she is alone. Her DH died a couple of years ago (her mom died 2 weeks after) and her DDs live in Boston and Rochester NY. I can understand her loneliness. We then had sushi for a late lunch...got my omega 3's in again.
I do plan to get back on the fitness and eating healthy program tomorrow. Today was recupe day and boy I needed it. Early bed time planned too. Has anyone noticed that after having the

Hi.. Grace,
Nice to see you up and about.

Monday's Check In Part II:
Thank you for the posts on my crazy week. I think I am almost back to normal.
Susan...sorry you are still not feeling good. You really got hit hard this winter with all the diseases floating around. Do you think Otto is under the weather too? I wonder what goes on in doggy brains to stop enjoying something that was looked forward to. I think a day of rest or two is definitely in order for you.
Nancy...glad you had such a nice time on vacation. Too bad your tummy had to act up on you after getting home. Hope good news keeps coming about your Mom and DD finds a good new job.
Lori...what a tough situation with work and trying to make Jeff happy or not worry about you so much. I totally understand the need to keep the job with the salary and benefits. Working two jobs would definitely take more time away from home. It is tough on a marriage. Hugs...
Shar...great milage you put on today. You sure did get your buttocks in gear with that workout. Nice to see your posts too. Not into watching the Oscars since I practically never go to the movies.
Margo...wtg with getting your taxes done already. DH tells me have to wait until more "stuff" comes back. Since he takes care of it, I am not going to say a word. Sorry you are dealing with so much and I hope things get better and stay better with DS.
Ginger...you cracked me up with your post but I have to say, I love your attitude. What a good way to turn something into a positve. Yes keep plugging away and congrats on trying to quit smoking too.
Jazzerdeb...sorry you are having such a hard time with AF. It does stink and then when you start missing months, you wonder when she will rear her ugly head and wait for it to do it. Sigh...I thought only Zumba certified people could teach Zumba just like Jazzercise. There is a problem here with some gyms saying they have "spin" classes when their instructors aren't certified in it and it can only be called spin if they are Johnny G certified (which has changed it's name...a little confusing). I can't call my Pilates classes "Pilates" but I can call them Pilates Mat based classes. Seems only right. Hope you are feeling better and can catch up on sleep.
I should really take a picture of my black eye...what a sight I am. I have some nerve going for a haircut today and wearing my contacts. I have been wearing my glasses to hopefully hide the black and blue so people won't think I am abused. It really is suspicious looking.
Have a good night all...
Grace

Love the flower too! WTG with going for a walk today. Rest up before going to work tomorrow...comes fast enough even with a couple of days off.
