Speaking of lasagna I made a turkey sausage lasagna in the crockpot on Sunday with leftovers for this evening. I do like the whole grain pasta and I find it fills me up and keeps me filled up over regular pasta. I'm not sure I have a full convert in DH but he really hasn't complained too much about it.
I don't like a runny lasagna although sometimes mine does come out a bit too runny. That's why I usually think it tastes better leftover.
I do know that if I used cottage cheese I would have to hide the evidence!
ok - i'm sitting here eating leftover mexican, and am fully satisfied with my supper, but all that pasta sounds heavenly!!!

Love, love, love lasagna too. I have givin it that extra for myself since I am trying be good. Last time I made it I did it with the low fat ricotta cheese but I added some steamed spinach, chopped up broccoli and then I steamed some shredded carrots. Mixed the vegtables with the cheese then I took the noodles one at a time and spooned the mixture into the center of the noodle and rolled it. Topped the rolls with grated cheese and more tomato sauce. I find that two rolls is
