Welcome, Lisa. Sounds as though you have really got it together with eating and fitness. Two of us on the board are certified to teach Zumba. I've been taking since 2/15/07, but don't care to actually teach, and J/Z/CC-Deb has been teaching for a month or two now (I've lost track of time). I'm taking a class with Beto in Winter Park, FL, March 21st and am very excited about that.


We'll look forward to learning more about you and your healthy lifestyle. What state are you in?

Hello Lisa and welcome to our board. Sounds like you will fit in great around here. We have an awsome group of ladies here. I am doing WW and I walk at the gym 5 out of 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing more from you and I would love to read some of your recipes. Someone posted oatmeal in the crockpot a few weeks back but I forgot to print it, would you mind?
