Good morning everyone. BNL, is your husbands interview this week? If so best of luck to him. Grace, how soon is the baby due?
"Always make room for the unexpected in yourself."
Steve Martin
Instead of allowing life to box you in from all directions, why not make some room for yourself? Who couldn't use a little more room to move, a little more room to breathe, a little more room to make some positive things happen in our lives?
Rather than allow life's worries to get a little too close for comfort, why not carve out some room for you to just be yourself? And why not provide yourself a little elbow room to live, love and experience the very best life has to offer?
When's the last time you made room for the unexpected in yourself? Do you start out strong on Monday with

Mornin' to you.

Good Morning,
The wind has finally diminished, the sun is shining although it's only in the 20's. I know to some temperatures in the 20's would be a heat wave.
I'm trying to imagine DH's feelings as he went off to work this morning to a job that will soon be no more. It must be a very odd feeling. He has lots of phone calls out and a few more to be made. He's not sure what to do about the call from the other dealership. The guy who runs the department is apparently a "hire" and "fire" kind of guy. He's not the one that made the phone call to DH. But they've been after him before to come across the street. He was going to make a phone call on that possibility as well and figure out his options. If i is a firm job offer it will be something that he'll have to at least consider. If he is able to get a job through the current union we'll still be faced with a possible strike come July.
My worst time seems to be when I'm settling into bed and that's when my mind seems to go into overdrive. There's no mindless activity to turn off my thought process. I was awake super early and should have gotten up to get in a workout. Times of stress is when you need to keep the mind and body healthy and active but I just couldn't get mine to cooperate this morning.
Back to the 9 to 5. Hopefully I'll be able to keep my mind occupied and on the tasks at hand and the day will pass by quickly.
I'm also hoping to get out with Otto after dinner. It will be nice to be able to get back to walking in some daylight again. It certainly is dark though in the morning.
Well have some things to take care of before heading into the office. Hope you all enjoy a good start to the week ahead.

Morning everyone!
I didnt have any trouble getting up at the right time Sunday, but I knew I had children's church and was looking forward to it.
I am trying to recuperate from DST.

Patty, hard to believe it's the last week for the flock already. Seems like they just arrived (Easy for me to say, right?). Hope they're the fluffy ones and not you. I know you're not fluffy though. I had to laugh at your story about Ryan. :-) At this point, that's a problem I'd like to have.
I should be getting ready to go to the nursing home. I like to be there by lunch time with Dad or at least before he's finished. Our meeting starts at 2:00.
I'll post more later. Have a good start to your week. Here's a photo of this morning's sunrise on the Atlantic side from the surf report web site.

I hope you get some sleep ... Prayers going out to your FIL...

Wow, that seemed to go fast with this flock of chickens, Patty. You made me laugh with the fluffing and defluffing line. Please don't get it mixed up.
I am still floundering. I just feel so up in the air and I get that funny pit feeling in my stomach a lot. I just wish I had a gym to call my own.
Be like a postage stamp. Stick to it until you get there.
