Want to whittle your middle? iVillage expert Leslie Sansone says to remember the phrase "SEW easy" to help you get your best abs ever.


S is for strength-training. Aim to lift weights at least three times a week.


E is for eating. Limit your calories and practice portion control.


W is for walking. Try to walk at least three to five times a week for 35 to 45 minutes at a brisk pace.

Thanks for the tips........I guess that large bakery cookie I just inhaled did not help!

It was good but it was not worth the WW points it cost me, lol.

As long as you count the points then it does not matter what you really eat, for my own sake those 100 calorie prepacks works great. Keeps me in control...........when I do the plan correctly.
