Well rough night for me so no gym this morning. Hot flashes, belly cramps, running to the bathroom I am exhausted and the day just started. Already got a phone call from the other lady that works with me today. Her son is sick and will be in late since she has to take him to the doctor at 9:30. Great so she should be in around 11:00. My office is working on contracts for my husbands deal and well they have been draging on forever and his buyer is getting upset thus Bill is upset so since Marie is not there today and she usually handles commercial stuff guess who will be working on those contracts today. I can already tell what kind of day it is going to be. But I am going to get in early before I take the phone off the machine and have a talk with him because I can not and will not take this crap anymore. Donna the bed police must be going crazy because I have left that bed unmade several times........lol. I did tell Rob to do it himself and he was going to but first ran upstairs to clean up his bedroom mess and well I did not fix him a plate, rather I had everything wrapped individually in the frig I figured I would do it for him. He cleaned up everything himself and I will defend him because out the men in this house he is the most helpful. But I still should stayed put and let him do it. I know, I know. Well my tea is finished and I need a hot shower. The bed police will be here today because that aint happining, lol. I am supposed to go for my mamogram at 12:45 but I guess it all depends on what time my coworker arrives. I will check back later, have a good day ladies.

Your mammo should NOT depend on when your coworker gets in.

Good Morning,

A gloomy start to the day although they sun should make an appearance and then the March winds should be picking up as well.

I've seen that Pedigree ad and it always breaks my heart and I just want to run and adopt him. I always go back to finding Otto in that cage. If I ever were to do it again it would definitely be an adoption. I'm so happy to hear that the dog found a home.

We had a good news/bad news day yesterday. DH's health insurance will be paid up through April so that is a bit of a relief. The owner of the business has also stepped in and is trying to get as many employees jobs and job opportunities as possible. Two mechanics already have jobs and there was another dealership looking for 2 more. He at least is showing respect to those that have worked there for so many years and have shown loyalty to the business. I can't as much for his nephew who is the other half of the owners. He always struck me as kind of a I'm better than you stuck up snotty kid. I may be wrong but you know that feeling you get when you meet certain people? Unfortunately, when I got home there was our yearly statement from the bank and due to the never ending saga of increased school/property taxes here on LI our mortgage payment has taken a substantial hike. DD got home shortly after that and during her yearly physical they did a baseline EKG and found some type of abnormality and want her to go for an echocardiogram. The doctor can't hear anything so he's not overly concerned but of course wants to make sure that there's not a problem. Trying to keep her calm about the whole thing Mama's insides began churning. Hopefully she'll be able to have the test done and over without a huge waiting period. Other DD called me and she was having some type of pain that was so intense it was making it difficult to breathe and was on the verge on having her BF take her to the ER. I keep telling her she needs to go get a complete physical.

Still fighting this time change thing. DH actually had to wake me up this morning. I just can't seem to settle into any kind of routine around here.

Other DD's BF formatted DH's resume and a few tweaks here and there and it should be good to go. He's planning on taking Friday off and getting as many resumes and job applications filled out as possible. I was inwardly hoping that he would accept one of the dealership offers and then continue to look for something outside the field if he wanted to change but I'm keeping my mouth shut about this and he's going to have to do what he feels is the right course for him.

Patty-Poison meatballs do sound like a hearty meal for your BIL and his mom. I know that sometimes people can't handle dealing with the stress of illness and so forth but it is certainly a time that your sister could use all the support she can get and not to be able to get it from your spouse must be very hard. Some people can turn the other way when having to deal with stressful situations especially illness but...It also puts you in a very awkward situation with not putting any more stress on your sister in confronting your BIL but at the same time just wanting to say something to him although it sounds like it would fall on deaf ears. As DD says, apples don't fall up and it sounds just like his mom. So if you would like several batches of poison meatball cooked and delivered...no problem.

Rhonda-so sorry to hear about your Dad being back in the hospital. What a difficult stressful situation this has to be along with the other things that you're dealing with. Thoughts and prayers for your Dad and for you and the family.

Grace-Really sorry to hear about your treatment by the Red Hats. Love your idea of getting all you "rejects" together!

Li-Deb-hope today is a better day for you.

Well the rest of my brain is mush and need to get my act together for the workday ahead. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday and thinking of you all.

Debbie - Do what you think best about the mammo; however, it's not your fault that a co-worker has to be late and that means all the work can't be done.
