Donna,

I've bought Brock books every year too but this year it will be fun to find ones he might be able to actually read!

Sounds like a nice day, Susan. Glad you and Otto had a good walk. It's very windy here today, but actually pleasant as the sun is shining and I think it is around 50. Unfortunately, cold weather is moving back in. Just as I'm ready to start walking in the morning. In the low 20's. Breezy. Not my cup of tea at all.

We're total carnivours around here lately. We got so burnt out on chicken that my family just revolted and wouldn't eat it anymore. Fish? Forgetaboutit. So, trying to please my 4 red meat eaters and STILL remain half-way healthy has been challenging, but doable. Lots and lots of veggies with a small side of meat. They're not thrilled, but have so far accepted it. The last time we all went out to eat, everyone ordered steak. That was a clue!

Enjoy a quiet day! Glad the storage unit issue is (at least semi) resolved.

Hugs.

Hello, everyone! I can't believe I was missing a day and a half and so much has happened. Was in my funk again yesterday...mostly from lack of sleep stressing over doctors and medicines and it caught up to me again yesterday. Today was early Mass and then off to the hospital to wait for grandchild #9 to be born. DD was very accommadating and he arrived 3 1/2 hours after we got there. Got home a little while ago and starving DH and I scarfed down some leftovers.

Tomorrow is my mammography (Debbie...time to get squished) at 1:30 and cardiologist at 3:00. Bummer since the hosptital DD is at only has visiting hours from 2-4 for grandparents and siblings and 7-8 for everyone else. I guess I won't be making it but I will make up for it on Tuesday.

I will try to catch up on everything as soon as possible. Nice to see you post again Shar and Sassy! Margo, thank you for your understanding with how I feel with doctors. WELL...thank you everyone for all your great posts and understanding with my dilemna.

Talk to you all soon...

Grace
