Our 16 year old daughter does this, too. She can't stand to see/know the grease is there. But on the flip side...her favorite part of grilled

Oh yes, I blot all the time. I don't get too many foods that need to be blotted but I always blot pizza. It is the one indulgence I can't eliminate...not here with NY pizza. So, I just blot some of the oil from the top.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I blot the ground meat after I brown it. I do this a lot of the times after I rinse it off. Now that is sick!
