Well I ran out of time at home, needed to finish up and get here on time. Although it should balance out since I only took 15 minutes yesterday for lunch and stayed until 5:15. But they never reconize that stuff! Well my boss is in court so I figure before our phones go off service and he gets back I would post. My house is a semi mess but I need to let that go. Promised to take Katie to the barn for a ride on Daniel today since our weather is supposed to hit close to 50.

Well, my back doesn't hurt as badly today. That's a big help.

I did walk around the grocery store last night, and tonight I climb two flights at my therapist's office.

I'm also working on mental conditioning, which is at least as much a problem for me (if not more) than the physical. Believing I deserve it, as I've posted before, is a big issue. And I was raised by parents who believed that you have a body only to serve as wheels for your brain so that caring for your physical self is a vain, selfish waste of time. My therapist and I are attacking that mindset, which is really holding me back.

Good morning everyone! I know...barely good morning, but morning none the less. I had a productive morning with cleaning the bathrooms, swiffering and washing floors, and laundry. Had brunch a little while ago and now visiting with all of you. I am back to fitness today with teaching the 2 classes tonight and determined to get to the gym every morning for the rest of the week. I kind of lost yesterday with the allergic reaction and going over to DD's. Tomorrow I go over to other DD's to watch her younger DD so she can go to Mommy and Me with her older DD. It is her turn to stay and help during the "separation time". Thursday is GD's birthday so she will celebrate that tomorrow too. Looks like my week is filling up already as well as the weekend with craft meeting, gd's family birthday party and church.

Sorry about the toe, Susan. There wouldn't be much they would do about a broken toe except tape it to the one next to it. You might try it to give it a little more support. I am still keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers that DH hears about a job very soon. Hang in there.

You are in my prayers and thoughts Rhonda too. It is so hard to see a child go off on their own. I was lucky enough to have them go away to college to help the transition of 3 out of 4 moving away afterwards. They do come back, thank goodness! I hope your mom comes around and realizes that you have your family responsibities to take care of too. You can only do what you can. I guess tough love goes for all generations especially for those who are the "sandwich" generation.

Margie, you look great! The hairstyle fits you perfectly and adds to your whole total look inside and out. Karen, the wall color sounds nice and with the right accents, it will look very rich. JDeb, your weekend away sounded just wonderful. I see you are right back on track now that you are home. Glad to hear you are getting some rest, Nancy. No need to get to work any sooner than you have to. Hope you are feeling better, Lori. It is a mean trick that you are feeling down with springtime and fresh beginnings time. I was relieved to hear that no one got hurt with that fan/light

Hope your back continues to improve. Keep up the good work with learning to take care of you and getting rid of those unpleasant thoughts from your upbringing. We all deserve to be strong physically, mentally and spiritually. "God don't make junk"!
