Good morning everyone. I was looking at my list of favorites today; right under "the perfect apple pie" is "the perfect butt". Sometimes I think I send myself a lot of mixed messages ;)

And I won. I did. Because I could. It was like my eyes were open for the first time and I knew that it all began in me. With giving myself permission to be as strong as I know all women are deep down inside.

It's easy to slip back down into fear. To stop yourself from doing things because you're scared you will fail, but part of giving yourself permission to try is also giving yourself permission to fail... AND to succeed.

Ginger I am not saying your feeling are unjustified because we have to be happy with ourselves but do you think maybe, just maybe you are being a little too hard on yourself. If my memory serves me right you have already lost some weight, your are eatting a much healthier way, your are exercising and lets face it "we" are all over 40. There comes a point where we need to learn to accept what we have now. If you have changed exercises, mixed up weights, drink your water and eat healthy then maybe your body is where its supposed to be for now. Did I read that you were like a size 4 or 6? If so that that is wonderful.....if not thats alright too. Continue doing what your doing because it is healthier and if that extra flab just aint going anywhere lets say a year from now then maybe find a doctor. Sometimes going to a plastic surgeon is what one needs. Heck I know even if I lost all 50 pounds making a 100pounds I will never loose that

Ginger, this may not be what you want to hear, but it's actually ok if you wiggle a little.
