<<The only way out of this trap of negativity is to let go of unrealistic notions of what you should look like.>>

Anyone else obsessing less and less about what we should look like (our bodies being perfect) as we age?

Susan you know you will be missed but do me a favor and do not rule it out completely. I am thinking of driving and well together we could do this and it might not run us as much money. Just keep an open mind for now. As we get closer to October I am sure lots will change and I am hoping and praying in the postive way.

AMEN!!!

This is something I struggle with daily. People who wouldn't dream of knocking my race, religion or gender think nothing of trampling on me because of my size. Some even encourage their children to do it. My now-ex even called me a circus freak once (one of the many reasons he's "ex").

The media bombards us with negativity all day long, saying beautiful women like Jennifer Love Hewitt are too fat. No wonder teenage girls starve themselves to death.
