How is your Saturday turning out? Anything unusual or exciting happening or are you relieved it's just calm and business as usual?

Happy to hear you had such a nice day. Grilling out sounds good! I love tulips, but they supposedly last only one year here and then you just throw them away, or if you're really ambitious, you can dig them up and refrigerate them over the winter. Too much work for me. I loved seeing them on our FOF trip to DC two years ago and we used to have them, daffodils, and iris when I lived in MD.
We're having another thunderstorm here and lightning is striking close, yet here I am still on the computer! ;-)

The dogs are sleeping and I think Brad is napping in the recliner.

I got Kinky Boots and Calendar Girls from the library; we watched Kinky Boots Thursday - it was really good! (Nice clean fun and it involved shoes - my favorite thing.)
We may watch Calendar Girls tonight, and we'll probably crash early since we both did really great workouts today and have been working around the house as well.
Gotta run -- taking dog out to play before the sun is completely set.

It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful day here. I had so much to do in the house but found myself making excuses to go outside and get some sunshine. The house hasn't been really attended to for some time so it didn't feel like I got that much accomplished but probably did more than I'm giving myself credit for. It's a bit overwhelming at the moment since I've let a lot of things slide.
Otto and I went for a late afternoon walk and there were so many people out enjoying the day.
DD can't eat much and she had a craving for mashed potatoes and gravy so she treated for dinner from Boston Market. I checked out all the nutritional facts before I went up and ordered. Their green beans are really good! Plus there was no kitchen to clean up!
I think I'm ready to head for the chair and figure out what to have for dinner next week while dial flipping the TV.
