That sounds really smart.
I actually walked three times a week for about a month before I started the program, and I do think it helped my bones and muscles get ready. The other thing I did was spend what seemed like a fortune (almost $ 100) on the best running shoes I could find for my ole feet.
Spring should be great for walking!
