Good Morning,
Blue skies and sunshine again and heard tell that temperatures will be in the 60's and getting warmer over the next few days.
Pleasant walk with Otto last evening. Love those walks since they tend to be relaxed and helps me unwind after a day in the office.
Another work debacle yesterday. After all the Sunshine vacation turmoil last year it was announced that no one would be able to take vacation days during the summer on consecutive Fridays and Mondays giving people 4 day work weeks during the summer. Well...our new coworker asked to do that so she could work at her DD's camp and reduce her cost. And of course the answer was yes. As my other coworker said neither one of us wants to misplace the anger since we both really like her, she's great to work with and goes out of her way to help. But why do you make an office policy and then go back on it once again. And how about the other 2 people in the office. How do they take a full week's vacation and only have one person handling the whole office. They need another competent part timer to come in and fill in the holes but yet keep saying it but not doing it. They just let the one person who the work load falls on carry it all. Also had a discussion on attitude-apparently the powers think that we all have one and they weren't very happy. Excuse me, but I got chewed out about an engagement party I had no control over, worked my bu** off helping to get things moved and therefore fell way behind in my work and then got an attitude about that, my husband was on the verge on being out of work-yes maybe there was a stress level there-could they have been part of that? XY's just will never understand them.
Anyway, that was the day yesterday. I came home exhausted, spent about 20 minutes in the kitchen trying to find directions to make brown rice. I put the packages of rice in tupperware containers but apparently didn't put the instructions in and couldn't for the life of me remember the cooking times in the microwave. Then it was regular rice vs instant rice. Small thing but with a small brain it just wasn't working well. Yes, I did manage to make it and the fajitas turned out well! I had myself in bed and asleep before 10PM. I was one tired woman last night.
Up bright and early for a workout-4 days in a row-trying to get back into the consistency mode.
DH really needs to straighten out his schedule. Yesterday morning it was lost keys, this morning it was his material for his computer class he's been taking-good thing I'm around or he might still be wandering the house!
Nothing much else on the agenda. The usual 9 to 5-leftover sauce and meatballs for dinner and then my usual after dinner walk with Otto.
Nancy-I'm so sorry about Mae. How very sad for her. I will certainly keep her in my thoughts and prayers. Good luck to your DD and DSIL with the house-hope things work out for them.
Lori-I do hope you can find a way to stay on your medication. I can fully understand the financial burden. This whole time that we were facing not having health insurance and losing our prescription coverage made me frantic over the cost of trying to keep up with paying for prescriptions and wondering what I could possibly do without. Maybe your doctor would have a suggestion for you.
Patty-hope the headache eases up and you're feeling better.
Well better get myself into gear. Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!
Susan
Good morning.. Quick check in before I head out for a long day at work.

Good morning, a quick check in here too.
Eric was up and out of the house at 545 for his personal training.
Good morning everyone! Happy Tax Day! I love the picture today. I took ballet as a kid and I miss it and someday, I will take ballet lessons again...LOL!
I have to say, I think I am finally moving back into the world of the living. I can't believe how sick I was and it was made worse because I really couldn't take anything because of the diverticulitis. I couldn't take aspirin or ibuprophen for the fever, headache, joint aches, etc because of the diverticulitis and I can't take tylenol because it effects my liver. So, today is my first day out of bed/prone on couch. Am I ever going to read the riot act to the doctor when I go on Friday. I am pretty sure I picked up this bug in the office and with being run down with the allergic reaction and the diverticulitis, I was ripe for getting it. OK...enough of my woes....
Patty so sorry you have a headache. I hope you can get some rest after working so hard so you can feel better. So sorry to keep you on your own here for so long.
Donna...congrats on the weight loss. Susan...sorry about the unfairness and aggravation at work. Lori...prayers for you to find the right answer for you and your meds and for doctors who listen. Jazzerdeb...nice work with putting together a song with toning. Sometimes we have to throw in something for us too. Rhonda...couldn't find the post about the email, but I am glad you got a

Sounds like your office needs a shovel or two!! I'd have an attitude if I had to put up with all that!
