Good morning everyone. Still grinning over Rhonda's bad girl day. And Nancy, happy to read about your better day. Notice they

Good Morning,
Another day of sunshine and although there was frost on my windshield this morning it's supposed to head up into the 70's today. Too bad work has to interfere with being able to get out into the sunshine for the day.
It was not a good day at work yesterday. I'm seriously considering the shovel that sits in my trunk for winter emergencies be brought into my cubicle and sit there as reminder that I know how to use it. I pretty much in not so many words was called a liar yesterday by my boss. He apparently was under the assumption that I failed to place a call to him about a call he was waiting on. The fact of the matter was I did call him and his cell rang and rang. Well apparently his phone must have dropped the call. When I couldn't get a hold of him I left a message in his voice mail figuring he would be checking that. As soon as he walked into the office yesterday I got why didn't you call me? Apparently my response that I had wasn't good enough as I reminded at least twice that there was no call from the office and that someone else in the office had reached him. Next week marks my 15th anniversary working there. I'm a lot of things and will be the first to admit that I make mistakes but the one thing I'm not is a liar. It certainly set the tone for the day and the past few weeks have certainly not made me like my job very much. DH and I are still feeling on very shaky ground with his new job so I'm certainly in no position to start looking. Where is that winning Lotto ticket?
Another nice walk last night with Otto. The trees are really showing their lovely pastel shades along with the blooming flowers. I was completely exhausted again last night and found myself falling asleep at 7:30 trying to read. I kept reading the same page over and over and realized I had no clue what I was reading. Lights out and asleep very early again last night.
I was up again and down to the basement for a date with the treadmill. I was rather pleased at the pace I was able to keep up and the stretching afterwards felt so good but was certainly a reminder that I'm not very flexible.
Back to the workfront this morning. Can't wait to see what's in store for today! I have marinade made for chicken kabobs on the bbq and some leftover brown rice that will be made into a fried rice, add some Bird's Eye stir fry vegetables and dinner will be served.
Patty-keeping your sister in my thoughts and prayers as she enters this stage of treatment.
Rhonda-you naughty girl! Would have loved to have seen the expression with your new "do" and your very sexy look! I'm so glad you were able to spend time with Jackson this weekend!
Nancy-our own little motorcycle Mama with spiky hair! I bet it looks really cute on you.
Lori-thoughts and prayers for your friends.
Fortunately I have a job to go to, unfortunately can't say that I really feel like going there. But it's payweek and feeling like I've earned every penny so I now will don my armor and shovel and finish getting ready.
It's only Wednesday right? Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday!
Susan

Good Morning Everyone,
EVER FEEL LIKE YOU ARE SENT MIXED MESSAGES?
You Were Born An Original... Don't Die A Copy
Hi everyone.
Even though I woke up with the new haircut sticking out in all directions, I'm still feeling really good from yesterday. Like Margie, I'm constantly getting mixed messages from home and it was so gratifying to send one back for a change. I loved the shock effect, and it wasn't half bad getting a look from a young guy. ;-) I need to see if I can get someone to take a picture of my hair. With no one here it's hard.
Nancy, I'd love to see your haircut too. I think it was either spiky in DC or Asheville, and I really liked it. Crazy weather up your way. We've had it too. Ninety degrees
