Welcome to the board.... I'm sure the ladies will have better advice than I... By what you have told us you must be doing something right.. Congrats on losing 10lbs.. your on your way!!!
When I went a fitness center they put me on a program... For me it was 20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes bike or precor... 20 minutes was their frame because of limited machines... I also walked or biked at home.

Hello and welcome to the board! Congratulations on that 10 lb loss! Sound like you're doing good things for yourself! And lifestyle change not dieting is a great way of looking at things! Not sure I can offer any advise and seems like everyone has said what I would have. Hope to see you here on the board!
