Plans for your Sunday? A busy day or a day of rest? I'm taking the day off from exercise and hoping the animals and people around here all cooperate with my plans for a somewhat

Hi, Deb and welcome to the board! I think as of today, we now have 5 Debs here...LOL! I like your plan for getting fit and healthy. The Leslie Sasone DVD's are really good and I know people who have had great results with them with a modified eating program. You seem to be well equipped on for your weight loss journey.


This board has a lot of great listeners so you come and vent anytime as well as post your concerns. We will be here to cheer you on or give you a kick in the b*tt whenever you need it. We do that for each other quite often.


If you have any specific questions, we will be happy to help you. I am a certified exercise instructor and I believe Judy is a trainer, so we might be able to help you a little.
