How did your week start out? I got great news yesterday. Rob will be stationed in Riviera Beach, Lake Worth Inlet, FLORIDA!!! It's a 4-hr. drive, but it sure beats California or Hawaii. It's right by Palm Beach on the SE Coast. We used to vacation in Riviera Beach when I was in my late teens. I feel as though it's an answer to many prayers. Erin should be less than 4 hours from him. One bad thing is the smallpox vaccine has made him pretty sick. Poor guy can't catch a break.
My internet connection was down for awhile yesterday and then again today, so it's been hard to keep up with emails and the board. I spent a long time at the Y this morning trying to work on my self image and fitness and drum up a bunch of endorphins. I was feeling down yet again, because I hadn't heard from Tim since lunch time Saturday and I was really worried. It wasn't like him. He had emailed that he was going to take a nap and then get with me about scheduling that plumbing work.

Rhonda,
I'm so sorry that this whole thing with Tim is so unsettling and an emotional roller coaster for you. He certainly is doing a great job of keeping you there. Hope that roller coaster comes to a halt soon
Great news that Rob will be stationed in Florida! Great job on all the hard work at the Y!
Hugs,
Susan
I'm glad that Monday has marched on by. I really don't like Mondays-unless there's a holiday or day off from work involved. It was a very long day and I don't know whether it was the gloomy weather or just being at work in general but the day seemed to drag on and I've been so sleepy for much of the day. I did hear from DD that she landed safely in Reno this afternoon.
It's pj time for me already. I made dinner in my work clothes and couldn't see getting changed into something else when my jammies and sweatshirt were all there waiting for me. I hope to accomplish a few things around here since Otto and I were washed out on our nightly walk. My checking account statement arrived in the mail although I had hoped my new Cooking Light would have arrived instead. There of course is wash in the dryer and in the washing machine and the checkbook that is looking to be balanced (hopefully!).
Nothing much else exciting around here as you might have already surmised. Hopefully my chores will be quick ones and then some reading time before I tune in DWTS.
Hope you've all had a good day.

Honestly when you make a jello dessert and it tanks , you have to wonder if it's time to remove "domestic goddess" from the resume.Gee, Rhonda, soon all

How long will your daughter be in Reno? It's a little scary out there with all the rumblings going on. Hope she'll be home soon.
I just washed my hair, got out of the tub, and put on my jammies too. I must admit it feels good. :-)
Thank-you for your good thoughts. I'll be so glad when I can be objective and numb enough that this is no longer a soap opera.
Hugs,
Rhonda

When the Jell-O tanks, there's always ice cream!!
I think I need some chicken farming lessons.

She'll be flying back next Sunday. I didn't know about the rumblings until older DD told me this morning. Hope there are no major rumblings while she's out there.

Thank-you. I "humbly" told him he had destroyed the best thing that ever happened to him (our family). He knows it, but seems to be on this destructive path careening out of control and nothing changes it. Frustrating, heartbreaking,
