Idea for a New Challenge

I was thinking yesterday about our trip this fall and my upcoming reunion and how my sister and I are both concerned about our appearances for the reunion and thought it might be a neat and easy challenge for us to see how many lbs./inches we can lose before our trip Oct. 3rd. You don't have to be going on the trip to do it. No one has to keep points or score for the board. Each of us knows what we weigh now (I assume), although I have no idea what my measurements are and I don't think I'm up to finding out. I know it's really unstructured. We'd just step it up to try to look good and feel good for our trip.
At the end of September, we can announce how much progress we've made. What do you think? I can't wait to see Saucy Margie and who knows how much she'll do by then!!! :-)

I’m IN And I’ll further challenge ALL OF YOU to post if not daily, then weekly what you had for meals (no calorie counting, etc) and what you did for your Healthy Activity.
I won't be able to post my menus/food until I get home, but I will as soon as I do.

Happy you got to try Zumba. Hope you had a good instructor. It makes ALL the difference in the world! So, what did you think?
