Sitting here waiting for my friends to show up, we're all going to the big Zumba thing together.

I'm headed to bed as soon as I finish up here and turn the computer off. I'm extra tired tonight. It was a steady as it goes kind of day at work so maybe my body is in a bit of a shock with less sleep and getting up earlier today.

Otto and I did get out for our walk this evening. It certainly wasn't as warm as it was yesterday and a sweatshirt was needed. Otto was a bit depressed after we met up with the cookies and she didn't bring her stash with her-no cookies for Otto this evening.

Rave reviews from DH over the pork this evening and I have to say it was really good. Love when an experiment goes the right way!

That's about it from this neck of the woods. Hoping to hear the alarm again tomorrow bright and early and I have a 7:30AM doctor's appointment so better go get some beauty sleep-never can get enough of that!

Nighty-night!

It was still 92 at 5:30, so even though it was shady over the pool I went in a little after 6 for about an hour. Swam laps using various strokes, using the aquabells, and did some water aerobics. It felt so good. Sometimes when I swim it seems like work. Other times, special times, I feel as though I'm gliding almost effortlessly over the surface of the water. It must be a swimmer's version of a runner's high. Love those!
