Hello, all...started the day with great plans and it all fell through. Well...most of it did. I got going to take the 9:45 cardio dance class and got to the gym early to do some weights first. Well....at 10, there was still no instructor and we then found out that the class was cancelled because the instructors son was sick....grrrrrrrrr.

I went to a different gym and to the "x bike" class. I couldn't get the hang of the bike since I am used to the spin classes but I got a workout and was dripping wet. I hung around to observe/take the silver sneakers class so I will be ready to sub it in June. Those seniors are really a hoot...it is going to be fun.

I barely got through without yawning since I am wiped out from yesterday. It was great having the kids/grandkids here, but it was hard to give equal time to the grandbabies. The youngest, James, wasn't really sleeping and was overtired and needed to be held a bunch. I even held him while eating dinner...I haven't lost that knack yet. The granddaughters made a mess and the 8 month old got into everything and the 3 year old wanted to play squishies...play doh. It was all over! The joys of Mother's Day and kids/grandkids. Wouldn't change it for the world.

Eating today was ok. It wasn't good that I went so long without eating but that senior class wasn't over until 12:30. I met friends for salad and sushi...breakfast of champions and well, there will be no dinner for me tonight. I am still full!

I was on the hunt to find these 1 point wraps with 9 grams of fiber to have on hand. I found different flavors in 3 different Waldbaum supermarkets. Glad they were all on my way with my travels. So I am all stocked up now for breakfast and lunch if I get both those meals in.

Planning a good week with food and exercise. I better...I gained all the weight back that I lost when I was sick.

Hugs to all
