re:My day holds work and more work followed by a country drive to the homestead where there's likely to be even more work involved. Couldn't help but chuckle...
Hi, all! TGIF! What wonderful posts I read today. Sorry about not getting a check in going yesterday. It was a crazy day with doing 2 classes at the gym, trying to help out both DDs who were having really anxious, terrible days, and supporting my (widowed) gf who had to put her dog down. It was the dog she bought her DH when he got sick and then without warning, the dog was diagnosed with stomach cancer and it was inoperable. So...my head was spinning and I was done for the day by evening. I am so glad one of the classes I took was a yogalates class...sure helped with stretching and reducing stress.
Today was rainy and I took same gf to get her oiled changed in her car and brought her to the gym. We go to the same one. She took class and seems to be doing a little better but she is still very sad. We then went out for lunch and got another sushi fix. I am done eating for the day already except for a snack.
I found some very ripe bananas and I think I will either make Kashi muffins or the banana bread. Thanks for posting it Deb.
Marianne....I have been thinking of biking to the gym. Your post has got me thinking to actually do it! I am little nervous about the traffic since there is no way to avoid the busy road, but you may have motivated me to give it a try. Let's see if I get brave enough. BTW...WTG!!!!
You know, I don't think we "officially" met so please permit me to extend a personal welcome to you and tell you how glad we are that you have chosen to be a part of our group. I enjoy your posts

Hey Patty!
Sounds like you're getting your daily dose of exercise
but just through another way :-D
Any luck with the feeder-situation?
Wishing you wellness and a wonderful day, Delighted Debra
Boy, that is a difficult situation when you have a coworker in a mood (and sounds like it happens often).
Yes, the Muscle Tone class is a full-hour!
