Good morning Debra! I love the quote you have this morning!

I've been online looking at running shoes. I've found a pair that says "they make running more fun and pratically run

Good Morning,

After a nasty day yesterday the sun has returned although the wind is blowing and I the radiator in the bathroom was warm to the touch which means the heat was coming up-of course the bathroom window was open so we know where that heat was going.

I thought about heading outside for a walk but just wasn't inspired to find outside attire so I headed to the basement for some intervals on the treadmill. My knee is giving me some issues so I'm going to have to watch what I do. I also did some lb work and some stretching.

Enjoying my quiet house at the moment and my morning coffee. I also enjoyed a piece of D-Deb's banana bread. It smelled so good last night and tastes really good! DS said to make sure I saved him a piece as he headed out the door for work.

DD is on her way down from MA. She sounds exhausted since she entertained for her BF's birthday and she was up very early this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Probably excited about seeing her MAMA :)!

DD and I will head out this afternoon to the birthday party for Emma and then DH will come by after work. I got "Enchanted" as my next netflix movie which arrived yesterday so if she's still awake we'll watch that for evening entertainment.

While I'm waiting for DD to arrive I'm going to make an attempt to get the dog hair situation under control as well as starting on the laundry piles.

Deb-the farmer's market sounds like fun. If you travel to Maryland enjoy the drive.

Patty-that's great news about your sister. Glad to hear that she's feeling good! Wonder if Otto would like some french toast? I love my pedicures!

Well better get started on the day ahead. Hope everyone has a super Saturday!

Good morning ladies........we have a nice day! Not sure how long it is going to last because I thought they forecasted rain. But I will take the sun while I can. Got up at 7:30 to poke Bill out of the bed and returned to my empty bed. Sometimes it is nice having the bed to yourself. I spread out and fell back asleep until 9:00. Had a quiet cup of tea and jumped a quick shower. I have made my bed, folded the clothes that were in the dryer and put a fresh batch into the washer & dryer. These two appliances I could never live without, how sad is that? Just eating my oatmeal and applesauce and will be heading out to the east end of Long Island to the barn. I guess we will be out there for a few hours and when we get back I need to head to the paint store. I want to find out what primer I need to paint that brick wall. I told Bill this morning we need to get a move on things in this kitchen, we are standing around just waiting on the counter tops and there is much to do besides them. I need to pull off the small amount of wall paper we have on the walls and empty out my hutch so the boys can move it into the den. I have been talking about doing this for weeks but tonight the hutch WILL be moved. If the grass dries and the sun stays out tomorrow I would like to get outside and weed my front garden bed. Then the following week stop and pick up some flowers to plant. That is it for excitement in my world. Boys are at the shop as usual, Rob doing a detail job, Billy working on his race car, Bill finishing some customers car, paper work, then helping Billy I am sure. I guess I should take a steak out of the freezer for dinner so there is no guess work later. I hope you all have wonderful days today!
