I got a lot more done than I anticipated. I didn't accomplish anything outside but did accomplish quite a bit inside. The morning was spent in the kitchen making some things for tonight's dinner. Laundry has been done & folded and most of it put away. The house has had the "big chunks" cleaned up and the upstairs bathroom-we'll just say I laugh when I hear DD tell me what a mess her BF's apartment bathroom is in. Egads, I don't know how anybody wants to use that bathroom. I don't know who sheds more Otto or my DD, I spent part of the afternoon in the basement. I'm going into my rampage mood and if it continues there is going to be some major tossing going on down here. It really is overwhelming. I did spend some time outside reading which was really nice. It was a beautiful day.

Dinner was good although there were a few ribs that were "well done" pretty much meaning that they were burned beyond recognition. But I had plenty so the few that didn't make it wasn't important.

DH is doing the dishes so I'll wait until he's done and do the final clean up and that will be that for the day.

Healthy activity of the day-2 1/2 mile walk

Breakfast-egg white omelet, slice of bacon, english muffin, oj & coffee

Lunch-turkey & swiss on whole grain bread w/honey mustard, lettuce, baby carrots w/Tbsp of light ranch dressing.

Snack-apple w/peanut butter, yogart,

Dinner-(too much) spare ribs, couple of pieces of chicken kabobs, pasta salad, fresh mozzarella, tomato & basil salad, homemade beans, fruit salad & 2 homemade chocolate chunk cookies.
