It's a rainy nasty looking day here. We had torrential rain about 2AM that woke me up and then I realized that our bedroom window was wide open and the rain coming in. Being half awake and trying to close a window can prove to be difficult!
Midway through the work week. I'm expecting that things are still going to be a pretty brisk pace around there for the remainder of the week.
Slept through my alarm again. My routine is pretty much trying to get out of bed between 5 and 5:15 (that doesn't seem to happen lately)lately it's been 6AM which gets me into the shower before DH has to get in there. Get laundry started and get some breakfast and my much needed cup of coffee and then various household chores including doing some dinner prep to make the after 5 hour easier, packing up my stuff for work and then off to the paying job.
CL-Deb-hope the rest helps and you're feeling better.
Nancy-that was really nice to get your friend started at WW. I hope she finds success, she certainly has the support of a good friend!
Patty-hope things go well with your new flock.
Rhonda-enjoy your trip and hope this time away helps you.
Grace-nice to have you back! Sounds like you had a nice family time.
Well better get moving my dryer buzzer has buzzed, my iron is beeping reminding me that I've plugged it in so I guess I should use it!
I'm almost packed and am finishing up things around here and getting dressed. Dr. won't give me a refill of antibiotics. He wants me to have a sinus X-ray and a chest X-ray. That doesn't do me a whole lot of good for the week I'm in Orlando. I can take some OTC stuff. If that had worked, I wouldn't have gone to him in the first place. Oh, well...
It's sunny this morning and I should make it to Orlando before any storms set in. Knock on wood. Rob will get there before I will. I texted him directions from down there, since he doesn't have computer access. Bet Joe will be surprised when he sees him. :-)

Nancy, it was really nice of you to help your friend with WW. Sometimes all we need is a friend to make all the difference. Susan, you get SO much done before work! D-Deb, thanks for the exercise info this morning.
It's over the hump day, so I hope everyone has a good one.
Good morning Deb and everyone.Deb, how sweet of you to get up and start things up even when you don't feel good. We really appreciate that! Hope you feel better soon.Love the picture. Looks like a great place to run! And thanks for the info on the exercise. It's a good plan and not complicated. I like not complicated.
. Hello, All! Had a great workout today at the inten-sati class and it was a hard upper and lower body workout while working cardio at the same time. Every month the class changes and May and June seem to be my favorites right now. Found out today that the Friday class at another gym is going to be 1 1/2 hours and it will include a strength section while doing inten-sati. Can't wait to try it! I am glad I started back with my exerise routine with such a good class.
Got some fruits and veggies back in the house since the 'cupboard was bare' when I got home. Made a haircut appointment for tomorrow which is one of the things I have to do before going to Mexico. Found out today that the car is going to pick us up at 3:30 am at another's house about 1/2 hour away for the airport. I am not happy already! No more 6:30 am flights for me from LaGuardia airport!
