Good morning lovely ladies!

It's 6am, I'm fed, I'm almost hopped up on coffee, and I'm packing for the Zumba event.

Good morning! Did everyone enjoy sleeping-in today? No sleeping in this AM-I was awake very early since DS was leaving for the airport at 5:45 for a week long trip with friends for fun and sun in Orlando & Disney World! DD offered to drive them instead of me driving DS truck but I needed to be up to wish him a safe flight and a good time! Who’s waiting for a toasted bagel with cream cheese? No bagels this morning-DD and I had some scrambled eggs w/a slice of bacon, some whole grain toast and of course I had to have my coffee! Anyone make their own fresh orange juice? Nope-easier to pour it out of the container. What’s on the To-Do list? Bridesmaid shopping with the DD, Matron of Honor and a couple of the bridesmaid. Not everyone can be there today but we will have several guinea pigs to try on and DD's future MIL is joining us. Anyone spending the day reading disclaimers? Nope! Trying to get somewhere before it closes? Maybe the landscaper guy. Who’s excited about a 30-day no-risk examination of The Total Gym endorsed by Christie Brinkley and Chuck Norris? No thank you-I have enough exercise equimpment at the moment If you’re outside, don’t forget the SPF 30 or higher! Unless I can find the appropriate clipping equipment-I don't think I'll be spending too much time outside unless you find me completely exhausted and sitting in my chair outside but that will be in the shade-it's going to be a hot one here today!

My healthy activity is done for the day-20 minutes on the elliptical. I got 2.1 miles done-not sure whether that's a good distance for that amount of time or not-that machine kicks my bu**-probably why I choose to ignore its existence! I put in my 10 minute solution DVD-and I don't think it's the DVD I think it's my DVD player since it kept freezing so I did my own lower body workout and then some stretching-I love stretching! I'm not very flexible but just love that feeling!

The day will be pretty much taken up with the dress shopping. I decided I'm not going to look for myself today just focus on the girls. I want my sister to come along anyway with DD when I go for myself.

Dinner is in question at the moment. It's going to be very warm today so it will probably be something on the bbq-maybe chicken breasts since I have those in the freezer. I will have to come up with some menus for the coming week. I'll probably do that this evening.

That's about it from my neck of the woods! Cha/Cha-have a fabulous day today! Deb/MN-is the party today or tomorrow-can't remember-whichever day-hope everything goes well!

Hope everyone has a sensational Saturday! If it's as warm or warmer wherever you are-try to stay cool!

There you are ... after prepping your yard today - enjoy a glass (or two) of wine and relax.

I've been wondering ... did you finish the deck at your parents house?

Hi, Freshstart! Welcome to the board! It is very nice to meet you and I am so glad you decided to join us. Love to hear about your fitness activities. I am a big fan of group fitness classes as an instructor and a participant. Can't seem to get my act together with working out on my own.

Sorry for the late welcome...not up to snuff with things going on around here. My days just seem to disappear on me...

Hope you keep posting...

Hello, All! Happy Saturday! It is very steamy here today and I am under the weather. Looks like "things" are flairing up again and I don't think I will be able to go to the graduation party today for some good friends' DD. It is at her boyfriend's parents' house and well, I am not a fan of running to some "strangers" bathroom with a bunch of people I don't know. The heat would probably do me in too........

I did get to sleep in a little today. Got home kind of late after the play last night and my side was really bothering me alot. It was a really good small production of Brighton Beach Memoirs and the young boy actor was really good. I am now anxious to see more plays there. It was a good Red Hat Society evening. Our new group is doing very well.

Hope DS has a good time in Fl, Susan. Seems like he was away recently but I must be getting mixed up with Deb's boys. Glad to hear your healthy insurance will be kicking in again very soon. Woo hoo!! Good luck finding a dress too!

Have a great time JazzerDeb on your Zumba trip. My gf wants to start doing/teachign Zumba too and we are hopefully going to try a class on the 12th.
