Hello~~~I'm here looking for as much information as I can get, and hope to find a great place to meet people too.
I'm now in my early 50's in menopause, have gained a lot of weight in the last few years and think I have over stressed adrenals, inflammation and thyroid issues. My metabolism is null and void and I don't eat enough to make sense of the weight.
I don't know what else I can do on the matter of eating healthier~~~I'm not perfect, but I know I am not doing a bad job of trying to stay at a good weight.
So the weight is going to have to be addressed either with the right mix of supplements and the right exercise, which I don't do.
I'll take any advice I can get!! Thanks!!

Welcome feisty.

Welcome to the board! I think Nancy gave you some great advise concerning a good way to eat. Walking is an excellent way to get in your exercise and something that I enjoy!
